Who is Dixie Mehrens

Dixie Mehrens is a Functional Medicine Certified, National Board Certified, and an AIP Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is founder of Refreshed Vision Health Coaching where she has helped hundreds of women overcome autoimmune symptoms using food, faith, and Functional Medicine principles.
