We will use food, faith and Functional Medicine principles to get you on track and headed in the direction you want to go.

Habit change, mindset shifts, and NEW ways of living don't happen overnight. It takes time and work to establish what works for you!

I offer four services:

If you are new to AIP, I can guide you through implementing it successfully in a group setting (offered a few times a year). Or, if you prefer, I can coach you through AIP in a private, one-on-one coaching package.  Or, through an ongoing, subscription coaching package to help you transform your health and attain healthy habits and positive mindset to carry you forward. With ongoing, transformational coaching, I can also support those who are veterans to AIP and need some troubleshooting help. Read on to learn more.

1. Reboot with AIP

Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Online Group Health Coaching

Living with autoimmune disease can seem daunting and discouraging. But there is HOPE!

Many people with autoimmune disease are able to calm inflammation, lower their immune response, and find symptom relief through the Autoimmune Protocol, commonly called AIP. This online health coaching group may make all the difference for you!

This group coaching program is designed specifically for those with autoimmune disease who want to address the root-cause of those things that are triggering symptoms in the body. They want to finally take back control of their health through modifiable lifestyle factors that are within their control.   • Ask questions and get answers to help you understand why you are making the changes you are and how to be successful.

  • Access to an online group health coaching program.   
  • Conducted securely through HIPAA-compliant telehealth with easy to use browser link.
  • Weekly 60-90 minute group coaching sessions where there is a short presentation for the week, we will focus on mindset around these changes, I'll answer your questions and support you with coaching. I will be live with you each week so you can get the personalized support you need.
  • Approximately 120 minutes of additional supportive and instructional video/audio modules each week that you can do at your own pace.
  • Over 40 handouts to support you through each stage and serve as tools to use well after the program.
  • 24-hour access to me through a private group chat through a secure online portal that is easy to use.

2. AIP Private Health Coaching Package 

Similar to the Reboot with AIP group coaching program, this is a private tour through AIP with one-on-one sessions held consecutively for 8-weeks. I will personally guide and support you as you implement the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (AIP). We will meet weekly to work on mindset, goal setting, discuss wins and challenges. Together we will navigate solutions and I can personally answer your questions and concerns as you begin transforming your health with food, faith and Functional Medicine principles. You may implement as much of AIP as you or your doctor have determined is appropriate.

 

In this AIP Private Health Coaching Program you will:

This package is designed for the woman who knows she needs to make changes and needs support to do so!  You've tried on your own and haven't been able to make the changes last. This package creates the accountability, encouragement and support you need. You will take steps each session toward the life and health you really want!  Together we will work toward your defined health goals so you can do the things in life you've been called to do!

In this Health Transformation Private Coaching Subscription you will:

  • Make progress in how you eat, move, manage stress, in your sleep habits, deepen relationships with yourself, others and God
  • Finally push past the thoughts and barriers holding you back.
  • Receive the support and encouragement you need.
  • Ask questions and get answers - no more overwhelm.
  • Uncover the motivation you need to keep pushing forward and get control over your health.
  • Build momentum to make healthy habits last.
  • Strengthen your mind, spirit and body so you are strong enough to do the things you’ve been called to do.

4. A SINGLE HEALTH CONSULTING CALL 

This is NOT a coaching call. This is a single, 1-hour consultation call to discuss your health status, needs and get help with knowing what direction to go in now. There are so many women who come to me and just want to know if they are heading the right direction. This is a way for you to discuss your health status, your desired goals, and review what it is that you are doing to support your health, and some things you may want to consider in order to address the root-cause of your autoimmune disease.

I will share my personal and professional perspective on the root-causes that potentially need addressing, testing, or additional support. Every woman I have talked to has said this call is worth its weight in gold! They have received more information than they EVER got from their conventional medical doctor on how autoimmunity develops, why you can't lose weight, what is contributing to your symptoms, and how to begin the healing process.

This is not direct medical advice, diagnosing, treating, or prescribing. I am your guide and mentor on things that can cause autoimmunity, lead to flares, and on the underlying root-causes that you may want to pursue with a Functional Medicine or a conventional medical doctor so you can finally feel like yourself again.

  • If you are confused and overwhelmed by all the conflicting health information out there, this is for you.

  • I request a detailed history, including what you have tried in the past, current meds/supplements, eating patterns, diagnoses and treatments. The more information you provide, the more efficient our time together will be spent in talking through your possible next steps.
  • I will share, from a root-cause approach, some things for you to consider to improve your health.
  • Bring pen and paper to take notes on types of testing, questions to ask your doctor, and to list the things you will want to pursue in order to begin to feel your best again!
